Here’s a good New Year’s Resolution:
Get a smaller dog.
Thanks to Gabrielle’s tot for showing us all that we’re not alone in feeling like we just can’t get up for work tomorrow.
Happy New Year!

That’s just too funny! 🙂
I just realized the name of your blog.. “naps happen”… so funny because today my blog included a blurp about how a nap happened to not one, but two overactive little boys yesterday, and I was filled with both shock and awe, then I joined them!
Thanks for publishing the picture of my daughter! This kind of puppy-friendly napping happened a lot when she was that young.
Being a pug owner, I can testify to the nap-inducing powers of the pug (even for adults). If we happen to be laying on the couch and the pug cuddles up and we find ourselves napping – we call it “Getting Pugged”.
